If you see warnings or errors after launching
Banner, please follow the procedure below.
Clear your java cache:
- Close your Banner session.
- Click on the Windows icon (Start Menu).
- Click on Control Panel; your View by on the upper right should be set to small or large icons
- Click on Java | General tab | Temporary Internet Files (section) | click Settings… | click Delete
Files… | verify all options are selected for deletion > click OK.
Note: Deleting the java cache may take a few minutes.
- Close all browser windows.
- Re-launch Banner.
- Select Run to continue to your Banner session.
